PHIDELITY Platform

The PHIDELITY project involved the development of an advanced web-based platform designed to serve policyholders of private insurance companies by leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI). The platform simplifies and automates healthcare service delivery and insurance claims management, offering electronic health records, instant medical approvals, faster reimbursements, and personalized services.

The goal of the project is to enhance user experience, reduce administrative delays, optimize medical workflows, and strengthen transparency and operational efficiency.
